Buddy whose ego is three sizes too big asks Carl nicely, then not so nicely, to move the car. The whole thing boils over and Buddy assaults Carl. Carl arrests Buddy for assaulting a police officer. Wanting to keep his record clean, Buddy tries every trick in the book. Even claiming false arrest to Carl's supervisors. Even going so far as to track Carl down at his home and offering him a guest role in an upcoming episode of his show (based on the whole incident) if the charges are dropped. Carl stands firm, and it isn't long before Buddy unwittingly reveals his true character in front of the rest of the eavesdropping Winslows. The Winslows tell the arrogant star to take those tickets and shove it.

Carl who had been taking his wife for granted throughout the episode overhears the conversation and later sends Harriet some flowers and makes a promise to change his ways.

The Crash Course
Eddie hopes to impress his girlfriend, Jolene, with his driving skills. The only thing he succeeds at doing is crashing the family station wagon through the front of the house. Urkel - who had been in the kitchen for a cheese snack - saunters into the living room to see what happened. Just then, Carl (along with the rest of the family) come home. The sergeant's blood-pressure elevated a few notches, demands an explanation from Eddie. Rather than see his friend get into trouble (and noticing Eddie is reluctant to explain), Urkel announces that he was responsible for driving the car into the house! An enraged Carl tells the clumsy dweeb to get out. A few scenes later, Urkel comes over for one last visit. His parents, obviously embarassed over their son's actions for the last time, decide to ship Urkel off to military school. As Urkel is giving Laura a classic farewell speech, Eddie ponders whether he should confess or say nothing and avoid getting into trouble. Just before Urkel's bus pulls up, Eddie tells Carl the truth and decides to face the music. Carl tells the bus to go on and apologizes to Urkel, while Eddie has to pay for the damage he caused (along with getting grounded).

Harriet and Rachel give Carl the silent treatment until Carl apologizes.

Driving Carl Crazy
Carl's high-blood pressure has been on the rise lately, thanks in part to the perceived annoyance from Urkel. Harriet suggests he see a doctor and take his advice. Instead, Carl tries a shortcut method the rhyme "3-2-1, 1-2-3, what the heck is bothering me?" It works for awhile, but the remedy is put to the test when he tries to teach Urkel how to drive. Carl (after reciting the rhyme several times when Urkel's clumsiness drives him nuts) finally loses his temper and tries to go after the nerd, but quickly must rely on the dweeb to save his life when he gets dizzy. Harriet admonishes Carl on not following the doctor's advice and debunks the effectiveness of the stupid rhyme.
Rumor Has It
Rumors abound at school that Ted had gone all the way with Laura during their date. Laura finds out firsthand from Urkel, who advises that Ted is spreading the rumors around and means to ruin hers. Laura, however, will not believe it, considering that she believes Urkel is again trying ever-so-desparately to win her affections. But after overhearing a crank call to the Winslow home, Maxine lets on that she heard the very same story about Ted's date with Laura. An outraged Laura enlists Eddie and Urkel to make Ted confess.
Number One with a Bullet
During yet another unannounced visit to the Winslows, Urkel is his usual self ... propositioning Laura and getting turned down. Upon the rejection, Urkel holds his abdomen and complains of pain. As he's leaving, the nerd passes out. The Winslows think it's another sympathy ploy, but Carl can't revive him and asks Harriet to summon an ambulance. The nerd's appendix had ruptured (he's fine), and it looks like Carl's got a few Urkel-free days. That is, until he's shot during a robbery heist. Carl and Urkel are roommates, and as usual, Urkel causes Carl no end of grief ... that is, until the robbery suspect's partner (disguised as an orderly) comes in to blow away Carl. Urkel clonks the would-be murderer over the head with a bedpan.
Whose Kid Is it Anyway?
Richie is upset when Eddie's hot Halloween date conflicts with his promise to take his little brother trick or treating.

Urkel gets wind of this and is sworn to secrecy ... until he finds out that Estelle, Harriet and Rachel are planning a night out - at the very same Club Buff. Urkel dashes down to the club to warn Laura and her friends. But the club owner mistakes him for one of the scheduled performers and herds him on-stage. Urkel actually improvises part of an act, before he makes an impassioned speech and then warns Laura that right across the room sit her mother, aunt and grandmother. An embarassed Harriet takes an even more embarassed Laura home.

Myra enlists Laura's help in snaring "hot stuff" Urkel; and Eddie asks Carl a lot of questions after buying a hot car stereo.

On the way out, Urkel causes more damage to the therapist's office than he did coming in.
We're Going to Disney World (1)
Steve is a finalist in an Innoventions contest at Walt Disney World. He invites the Winslow family whom all are thrilled about going except for Carl who is too concerned about leaving work behind. Myra is unable to be with her Steve as well. Steve's entry in the contest is none other than his transformation chamber which he will used to transform into Stephan. Much to Laura's excitement he does at the contest but before Stephan is asked to go back into the transformation chamber and change back into Steve (to prove he's not faking it) Laura messes with the machine while no one is looking. When he does go in Stephan believes that there was a malfunction affected by the shipping of his machine. The judges decide to postpone the results of the contest for three more days while Stephan and Laura spend some time together in the happiest place on earth. Meanwhile to save money, Eddie and Waldo decide to drive down to Disney World but they encounter chaos along the way. Laura begins to regret not having Steve around while they're at Disney World until something happens that no one expected. In a giant crowd of spectators against a fairy tale setting, Stephan Urquelle proposes to Laura. She accepts. Back in Chicago, Myra wakes up in the middle of the night. Something tells her that Steve is in trouble. In the next episode she is on her way to Orlando.

They Shoot Urkels, Don't They?
Grandma Winslow and Fletcher's senior citizens home is in need of financial assistance. The Winslows propose holding a dance marathon to raise the money. This becomes the perfect oppurtunity for Carl to proove himself the most endurant over Steve. He is tired about hearing from everyone how Steve almost defeated him in an arm wrestling contest they had despite the fact that Carl did win. All For One starts up the dance marathon. Laura is partnered up with Waldo's distant cousin Bob who turns out to be a very short man. Laura is afraid of saying something offensive in front of Bob. But when Laura accindentally does, Bob assures her that it's all right, that he cant help being a short man. The dance goes on late into the night by one or two in the morning Harriet and Myra want to give but Carl and Steve refuse. The girls leave Carl and Steve anyway so the competition is between Carl and Steve alone. By 3am Grandma Winslow and Fletcher announce the dance marathon over since they are the only ones left. Everyone is gone except for Carl and Steve. They continue moving around in the night in the darkness of the dance room. At 6am, Steve and Cal notice the sun rising through the windows and the two pass out at the same time on the floor. Carl finally apologizes for refusing to admit that he is getting on in years and Steve respects Carl for that.

When his parents move to Russia without telling him, Steve moves in with Eddie and Waldo - but his super termites eat them out of house and home, literally.

Steve worries about Myra's reaction, but when he tells her about his thoughts of cheating on her, she says it's okay to fantasize, just not to act on it. Meanwhile, Harriette insists that Carl allow her boss, Nick Neidermeyer (Orbach), to play poker with him and his buddies in their weekly game. Nick wins repeatedly, makes obnoxious jokes and acts rudely. But Carl and the others endure it so Harriette doesn't get in trouble at work. Finally, at the next game, Harriette confronts Nick about his behavior and finds out that he will be transferred to a lower division and has no power over her anymore. Carl and Harriette throw Nick out of the house.
Teacher's Pet
An English class full of unruly hooligans gives substitute teacher Urkel a pain - along with a creative scheme to get through to his defiant charges. Steve's English teacher, Mr. Donald Ludke, needs to take two days off so he appoints Steve as the substitute teacher. The first day, everyone but Laura and Myra ignores Steve, and two bullies, Kissel and Robbins, play tricks on him. But the second day, Steve uses his transformation machine to become Stefan Urquelle, who humiliates Kissel and takes charge of the class. Then Stefan teaches Robbins a love poem that helps Robbins get a date. Meanwhile, Harriette berates Carl for not helping with the housework. He hires a sexy maid, Tawny, further angering Harriette. The next day, she terminates Tawny and hires a muscular male servant, Geoffrey, to teach Carl a lesson. Carl agrees to help Harriette more often.
Walking My Baby Back Home
Eddie and his new girlfriend, Greta, dance until late at night to the music of pop stars Ziggy Marley and the Melody Makers (themselves) in the Winslows' living room. When Greta returns home past her curfew, her father forbids her to go out with Eddie for a month. Eddie convinces Steve to go to Greta's house and pretend to be her new boyfriend. Once her father lets her go out with Steve, Eddie takes her away for a date. But Eddie gets a flat tire and brings Greta home late again-and this time Steve gets the blame. Meanwhile, Mother Winslow gets called for an audit by the Internal Revenue Service. When Carl accompanies her, she accidentally gets him in trouble too.

Jaleel White has a dual role as Myrtle, Urkel's visiting cousin from Biloxi - who shows plenty of moxie when she squares off with Greta for Eddie's affections. The Winslows breathe a sigh of relief when Steve goes away to visit his parents in Russia. Unfortunately, Steve's Southern belle cousin, Myrtle Urkel, appears to pursue her true love - Eddie.

When Laura's emotions go into overdrive for drag racer Curtis, Urkel soups up the Isetta and challenges the daredevil to a race. In an effort to distract Laura from Curtis Williams, a flirtatious high school senior, Steve challenges him to a car race. Steve converts his wimpy little car into a powerful racing machine. Meanwhile, Eddie has annoyed Carl ever since he moved back home. After Eddie's friends keep coming over and making noise, Carl tells Eddie to respect the others in the house.

Struck By Lightning
Laura and Myra's friendship turns stormy as they compete for the same sales job at Ferguson's; a rainstorm renders Urkel a "human lightning rod" and he refuses to go outside after being struck by lightning three times. Luckily, he finds out the cause: His "boss sauce" that he uses in his transformation machine contains a huge amount of iron. Meanwhile, Laura and Myra compete for the same sales job at a department store.
Best Years of Our Lives
Steve is put in charge of building the school's homecoming parade float. With some difficulty, he gets volunteers to build a beautiful float. Unfortunately, while transporting it to the school, Steve crashes the float and destroys it. Although the volunteers are upset, they realize that the happy memories and friendships developed while building the float will last forever. Meanwhile, Mother Winslow sustains a series of minor injuries in her strenuous hobbies, including karate and square dancing. Carl worries that she should slow down in her old age before she really hurts herself.
Fa La La La Laagghh!
Carl's bah-humbug attitude toward Urkel's rooftop Christmas decorations changes once he learns that winning a decorating contest could bring the Winslows a sackful of holiday cheer. Meanwhile, Harriette is saddened because Laura and Eddie seem to be too busy to participate in family Christmas activities.
Friendship Cycles
Carl backpedals on his refusal to teach Urkel to ride a bike when it seems that the clumsy kid might wreck his new car. Laura brushes off Maxine's wish to become a hairdresser as foolhardy. Steve really wants to go on a class bicycle trip with Myra, but he doesn't know how to ride a bicycle. When Carl refuses to teach Steve how to ride a bicycle, Steve tries to teach himself. The clumsy Steve almost kills himself until Carl finally feels sorry for him and helps out. Meanwhile, Laura and her best friend, Maxine quarrel over whether Max should go to college or cosmetology school. Also, Carl becomes enamored with his new car.
South of the Border
Waldo visits the tiny island nation of Porto Santo and accidentally gets arrested for theft. When Carl, Steve and Eddie find out, they fly there and try to get him released. The police chief, Jaime Gutierrez Garcia , who is also the mayor and the governor, offers to release Waldo if Carl pays a huge fine. Carl doesn't have enough money, so he, Eddie and Steve secretly help Waldo escape that night. But Garcia catches them and threatens to jail all four. Luckily, he also explains that Porto Santo dollars are worth a lot less than American dollars and the fine is actually pretty small. Waldo, Carl, Eddie and Steve return home. Meanwhile, Laura is reluctant to go on a date with a boy she has never met whom Harriette recommends. She would rather date the polite pizza delivery boy, David Phillips, who comes to the house on the night of the date. Then Laura finds out that David is the one her mother likes. Harriette wanted Laura to decide for herself whether she likes David, which Laura appreciates.
Life in the Fast Lane
Handyman chores leave Urkel hyped up and hammered out after he inadvertently downs Laura's diet pills, which she' s using for a quick trim down.
Random Acts of Science
Teamwork and the transformation chamber give Carl and Urkel an advantage in fighting off gang members looking to ransack the police warehouse. After Steve causes havoc with yet another of his inventions, Carl forces him to bring all of his scientific equipment to a police warehouse that night. While they're there, three hoodlums break in, tie Carl and Steve up and start robbing the place. Steve convinces them to let him demonstrate his transformation machine before they steal it, and he transforms Carl and himself into karate experts. A huge fight ensues, and Carl and Steve defeat the criminals. Carl gratefully allows Steve to move his equipment back to the house. Meanwhile, knowing that Harriette will object, Laura gets a nose ring without telling her. Harriette furiously tells her it's not the ring she minds but the fact that Laura did not ask permission. Laura reveals that it's a fake ring and says that she is now asking permission for a real one since it's okay with Harriette. Harriette is relieved when Laura decides not to get the nose ring-until she learns that Laura now wants a navel ring.
Tips For a Better Life
Carl issues an ultimatum concerning Eddie's recent drinking habits; meanwhile at the local cafe, female fans become intoxicated by the jazz styling of the ultra cool Stefan Urquette. Eddie, now a member of a fraternity at college but living at home, starts drinking alcohol excessively. Carl demands that if Eddie comes home drunk again, he must move out. After the next incident, Carl tells Eddie to move in with Waldo. But Waldo surprisingly refuses, saying that Eddie becomes obnoxious when he is drunk. Eddie realizes that his father is right; he shouldn't drink alcohol until he is old enough to be responsible. Carl lets him live at home. To earn money to pay for damaging the Winslow house with one of his inventions, Steve plays jazz piano in a local club - after transforming into the suave Stefan Urquelle. The highlight of his show is when Laura sings a love song with his accompaniment, followed by a passionate kiss.
Swine Lake
At a recital, Eddie and Greta's pas de deux from "Swan Lake" in interrupted by an ungly duckling from down south - Myrtle Urkel. Harriette, feeling dowdy, gives herself a makeover, while Eddie reluctantly enrolls in ballet lessons to improve his basketball skills. When he and his girlfriend, Greta, perform a famous ballet with the class, Myrtle Urkel arrives and takes Greta's place - both on and off the stage. Meanwhile, Harriette becomes depressed when Laura's boyfriend, Curtis, thinks that she is Laura's grandmother. She begins dressing like Tina Turner but finally comes to terms with being comfortable with her age.
My Big Brother
Urkel volunteers as a Big Brother to a touch street kid who's mastered pick pocketing skills but harbors a secret about his reading ability. Through a charity, Steve becomes a mentor for a tough but charming inner-city nine-year-old, 3J. While tutoring him, Steve discovers that, although 3J is smart, he is illiterate. At first, 3J rejects Steve's help, preferring to survive with his natural talents as always. But Steve excites him about the wonderful worlds of imagination one can find in books, and 3J decides to make his life better by learning to read. Meanwhile, Carl finds Harriette's secret savings account book. He is upset that she hid it from him. But later, he regrets arguing with her when she gives him an expensive gift for which she was secretly saving money.
Eau de love
Urkel's powerful love potion prompts a sudden devotion from Laura; airline nightmares plague Carl and Harriette on their way to Nassau for a second honeymoon. When Steve casts a spell on Laura with a magical love potion, his lifelong quest for her may finally have a happy ending. Meanwhile, Harriette and Carl's plans for a romantic second honeymoon are thwarted.
Twinkle Toes Faldo
Eddie and Urkel don't tap dance around the fact that Waldo is a klutz on the basketball court, so Waldo takes tap dancing lessons to improve his agility. Elsewhere, getting accepted to Harvard means the world to Laura, until she l earns her parents can't pay the tuition.
Scammed
Eddie and Waldo fall victim to a scam when they saunter into a bar expecting to meet members of the Chicago Bulls ; Urkel's super glue provides Laura with a super-facial. When Eddie and Waldo go to a bar where they think famous basketball players congregate, they are astounded by the expensive bill. Meanwhile, Myra makes an organic facial treatment to help Laura get rid of a pimple. Unfortunately, Myra mistakes Steve's super glue for milk and uses it in the mixture.
Dream Date
The school prom brings one disaster after another for Laura. First, her date cancels; then she's parked with a dateless Urkel at the dance. The group "Immature" performs.
A Ham is Born
Carl gets a job acting in a movie, but feels guilty about kissing another woman.

Urkel discovers he's able to isolate and then duplicate complex molecules. In other words, he can "clone stuff" - which means double trouble for the Winslows.

Eddie wakes Steve up and goes over his nightmares on holidays, assuring Steve his puppet could never come to life. Leaving the Winslow family safe...for another year!
Karate Kids
Steve gets a supervising job at the local playground. A snobbish gang comes and messes with Steve by violating rules such as littering. But he decides not to take any crap and gets them back by squirting a hose at the girls. But later his plan backfires when the girls had told other members what happened, and Steve is tied with the hose to a junglegym and water squirting on him. Meanwhile 3J hits on a girl at the park and someome is trying to get back at the family because Eddie parked a car by there house.

When Laura seems distant and distracted, a jealous Stefan cooks up an elaborate plan to swap places with Urkel - the "man" to whom he suspects Laura is attracted. Laura knows something's up when Stefan (as Urkel) is a miserable tutor and Urkel has a heck of a time filling in for Stefan at a fashion photo shoot. Meanwhile, Eddie decides to follow Carl around on "the beat" with a video camera.
A Pain in Harassment
Steve gets a chance at a $1 million basketball shot. Will he end up rolling dough, or will he get "nothing but net"? Harriette's new boss has a reputation for being tough, but his employees are blindsided by his verbal abuse as well. Meanwhile, Urkel tries to win a million dollars with a basketball half-court shot in L.A.
Original Gangsta Dawg
Jaleel White dons another persona, that of Urkel's visiting hip-hop cousin, O.G.D. (short for Original Gangsta Dawg), who makes a bad first impression on the Winslows - hitting on Laura, spouting controversial ideas, and influencing 3J in a decidedly negative fashion. Meanwhile, a crooked thug who is owed $4,000 by O.G.D. arrives in town looking to collect on the debt. Singer Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott has a cameo.
Deck the Malls
Steve gets all wrapped up in the Christmas spirit when he takes a job as a gift-wrapper, but the new gig leaves him little time to spend with Myra; Carl plays Santa at the mall and appoints Laura to be his elf; a disappointed Richie learns that his mom won't be with him for the holidays.
Grill of My Dreams
Everyone duck! Urkel begins training to become a master teppanyaki chef at a Japanese steakhouse a part of his journey along the self-improvement highway. Laura surprises Urkel at the restaurant while he's slicing and dicing, and he lives up to the specialty of the house - The Tsunami Supreme. Meanwhile, Commissioner Geiss goes on vacation and leaves his talking pet parrot, Andre, in Carl's care and the bird learns some new words: "Geiss is an idiot."
Breaking Up Is Hard to Do
Urkel decides to call it splitsville with Myra, but freaks out when she beats him to the punch. Although he is surprised that Myra broke up with him, Urkel decides that it's all for the best and goes to his true love, Laura. But when Myra turns up at the Winslows claiming that she made a mistake and wants "her man back," she discovers Urkel and Laura in a passionate kiss. Meanwhile, Eddie quits school and decides to become a police officer - just like his dad.
Crazy for You (1)
In the first half of this special two-part episode, Myra spies on Urkel's every move with her elaborate "Stevie-Glasses-cam". She is shocked to learn of his upcoming Saturday night date with Laura. When she tells Stefan about her rival's pending date with "her Stevie," Stefan agrees to help rain on their parade. Meanwhile, Carl tries to control Eddie's trigger-happy finger during police training. Judyann Elder takes over the role of Harriette.

Eddie gets a new apartment but Carl overstays his welcome. Meanwhile, Laura goes to the biggest polka fest with Steve only to find out he has done a lot in the community through polka, and has become more attracted to him.

Don't Make Me Over
Myrtle Urkel tries for the last time to get Eddie. This time, Laura and Maxine give her a complete and total makeover. Myrtle comes out looking terrific, but Eddie still does not like her. So she decides to stop chasing him.
Pop Goes the Question
Armed with flowers and diamond rings, Urkel and Stephan each pop "the big question" to an unsuspecting Laura. Aware that Stephan is Carl's personal favorite and seems to be the logical choice, Laura is torn between the two men. While Urkel decides that stepping aside and moving all the way to Russia is the gentlemanly thing to do, Laura struggles with her dilemma -- choose the man she wants to marry or risk losing him forever.

The long-running family sitcom that made Urkel a nerd for the ages comes to a close after nine seasons. The two-part series finale sends Urkel into space as a student astronaut. It seems NASA wants to test his prize-winning artificial-gravity invention in space - with him on board. Unfortunately, this means that Urkel will have to postpone his other mission: to marry Laura. Meanwhile, back on terra firma, Harriette conspires to get Eddie reassigned to a precinct desk job out of fear for his safety.

Urkel has to come to the rescue when a wandering satellite punctures the spacecraft in which he's traveling, preventing him and a team of astronauts from re-entering the Earth's atmosphere. With the two other astronauts on board unconscious, it's up to Urkel to repair the ship -- from the outside. Meanwhile, as Carl tries to help Harriette understand her son's need to be a police officer, Eddie's meter maid duty takes a dangerous turn. Urkel releases the satellite but starts floating away and was really in peril, but was able to use the satellite's thrusters to make it back to the spacecraft and return home to Laura.
