The Chip (Acts I - III)
Jack Valenti hosts the story of how Freakazoid got his powers and the promise of seeing a grown man wrestle a bear. The show starts off at a software company where Roddy McStew is telling the members of the board not to put out a chip that can turn a man into a "Freakazoid." This happens when the user is on the Internet, punches in an intricate series of keys and presses delete. Next, it's Christmas day at the Douglas house and Dexter gets the afforementioned chip. He installs it in his computer and logs onto the Internet. His cat comes in and accidently presses the necessary keys on the computer. Dexter presses delete to clear the screen and history is made. Dexter is transformed into Freakazoid and pesters Duncan. Roddy comes to the Douglas house looking for the computer user of the house under the guise of being Dexter's driving instructor. Roddy meets Freakazoid and he switches between being Dexter and Freakazoid. The software company's commandos storm the Douglas's house and take everyone hostage. The episode then switches to Jack Valenti, who gives a speech about the MPAA ratings system, using magnet models of a family. The episode comes back to everyone being held by Guiterrez and he wants the code. He threatens to play a Marty Ingles tape to torture the family if either Dexter or Roddy don't comply. The episode ends when the music for the tape plays.
The Chip (Act IV)
Jack Valenti continues to narrate the action-packed story of Freakazoid's origins, where he and Roddy have to stop Guitierrez from using the flawed microchip to conquer the world!

Relax-O-Vision: Lobe kidnaps Steff in order to lure Freakazoid into a trap, this is the first, last and only episode in Relax-O-Vision. Fatman and Boy Blubber: A fat kid named Louis is being bullied by 2 big kids but luckily Fatman and Boy Blubber come to Louis's rescue, but what is their price? Limbo Lock-up: Freakazoid does some stupid things on the net and has to do 1 of 2 things to accept his freedom: either spend 30 days in jail or 30 minutes listening to Fanboy! Terror Palace: The Horn Of Urgency is sounded and Huntsman comes to the rescue, only to find out that it was a false alarm!
The Cloud
In the remote Teutonic mountains of Schnitzel, a spooky cloud seems to be transforming people into clown zombies. Freakazoid arrives to solve the mystery.
In Arms Way
Freakazoid's Christmas shopping is interrupted by a run-in with crime boss "Arms" Akimbo (whose arms are "permanently locked in a jaunty pose"), who is extorting money from local storekeepers by selling "oops" insurance.
Nerdator
An evil alien is kidnapping all the nerds and geeks in the world, hoping to utilize their geekiness for himself, become a super-genius, and conquer the world. Freakazoid has to convince the "Nerdator" that being a nerd isn't all it's cracked up to be (which shouldn't be hard...)
House of Freakazoid
A lycanthrope named Lonnie Tallbutt knocks on the Douglas' door and implores Dexter to cure him of the werewolf's curse.
Sewer or Later
Cobra Queen and her jewel-thieving serpents are holed up in the poorly-lit sewer. It's Freakazoid's duty to go down there after her-- but he hates sewers!
The Wrath of Guitierrez
Armondo Guitierrez gets the chance to zap himself into the internet by a Pinnacle Chip.
Dexter's Date
Dexter's long-awaited date with Steff is interrupted by the Lobe, who has a mean plan to bring down the TV broadcasting industry.
The Freakazoid
It's Freakazoid's birthday, so according to the Superhero Codebook, he's got to do favors for whoever asks him. Then the Lobe shows up and makes Freakazoid promise to leave him alone. Since all the other local superheroes are on a conference on some moon somewhere, Freakazoid can't ask them to help! What's a Freak to do?

When Steph gets turned into stone by Jeepers's new toy, Freakazoid, Sgt. Cosgrove, and Professor Jones have to track down Jeepers and Vorn so they can change Steph back.
Island of Dr. Mystico
While flying a bunch of villains to the remote country of France, Freakazoid's plane is brought down by an evil scientist who specializes in combining humans with orangutans to form "Orangu-men."
Two Against Freak
As Freakazoid trains himself (unsuccessfully) in the art of telekinesis, Cave Guy and Cobra Queen team up to become the ultimate criminal team and pull off a big jewel heist. While Freakazoid recovers from a botched attempt at using his new powers, Cosgrove, Roddy, and the crew from the show "Real-Life Police" try to track down the dreadful duo of Cobra Queen and Cave Guy. When they find themselves in hot water, can Freak master his powers and come to the rescue?
Tomb of Invisibo
An evil Egyptian wizard named Invisibo (who is, appropriately enough, invisible) escapes from his imprisonment after thousands of years, and starts wreaking havok on the modern-day world. It's up to Freakazoid to stop him... as soon as Freak finds a way to catch a guy who's invisible!
Freak-a-Panel
While tracking down Cave Guy at a sci-fi convention, Freakazoid is side-tracked by being asked to sit on a panel for the WB. Can he escape the mediocrity and catch the villain in time?
Normadeus
The Lobe designs a giant horn tuned to Freakazoid's "resonance frequency", that will cause Freakazoid to disintegrate if it's played near him! But since it needs to be made out of wood to work properly, and the Lobe has no talent for woodcraft, he kidnaps famous craftsman Norm Abram and forces him to built the instrument. Can Freakazoid escape the Lobe's plot and rescue Norm Abram?
