After 18 months in jail, our Trailer Park Boys, Ricky and Julian , head back home to Sunnyvale Trailer Park aiming to get their lives back together again. The problem is that neither Ricky's fiancee Lucy nor his dad Ray will let him back into their homes, and some guy named Cyrus has moved into Julian's trailer, having crowned himself the new "King of the Park".
Fed up with all their demands and complaints, Julian tells everyone that he is leaving the trailer park. Ricky, who has been living in Julian's car on his front lawn, has one week to find a new place to live. Mr. Lahey, the trailer park supervisor, is thrilled to hear of Julian's imminent departure but when he hears that Ricky won't be leaving too, his worst nightmare seems about to come true.
In desperate need of $2,000 to buy some hydroponics gear for his dope-growing business, Ricky reluctantly agrees to star in one of J-Rock's amateur porn films to be shot in J-Rock's trailer. Ricky, however, isn't quite up to the task, and the video, entitled "From Russia With The Love Bone", eventually winds up in Mr. Lahey's possession. Julian must convince Lahey that using the tape against Ricky would not be in Lahey's best interest.
While babysitting both Trinity and Mrs. Peterson's dog, Ricky accidentally gets shot and the dog devours a tray of hash brownies. A vet treats both the dog and Ricky. In order to pay the vet, Ricky and Julian must repossess a lawn tractor owned by a former patient who hasn't paid the vet's bill. The Boys successfully recover the tractor -- but not before Ricky gets shot for the second time that day.
With Ricky's life still a mess, Julian tries to convince him that it's time to marry Lucy. Reluctant at first, Ricky changes his mind when Julian suggests that people will always think that Ricky is gay unless he marries Lucy. Julian's engagement present to Ricky is the '76 New Yorker, which for weeks was up on blocks in his front yard, and is now made operational thanks to a few purloined replacement parts.
Lucy insists that Julian take over the job of organizing her wedding: which is odd since Julian isn't the groom, Ricky is. She wants lots of people and lots of food. The people part will be easy but getting that much food will be difficult on a tight budget. Julian's plan to hit a local grocery store runs into a snag when Ricky unexpectedly shows up in the middle of the heist. Shots are fired. The next day, the cops show up uninvited to the wedding.
When Ricky gets a job as a mall security guard, he puts Julian's dope-growing operation at risk and tries to arrest Bubbles for stealing shopping carts.
Julian and Ricky have to make sure that Jim Lahey wins the election for trailer park supervisor over their archrival Sam Losco.
Needing extra cash to expand their dope operation, Julian and Ricky open a bar and casino in J-ROC's trailer.
When their dope plants become infested with insects, Ricky and Julian quarantine the surviving crop in Bubbles' shed, leading to a fiery conclusion.
Ricky's worst suspicions are realized when Julian falls for the daughter of a traveling Bible Salesman.
After spotting Trina pawning her bike to pay for a new shirt for Ricky, Randy is inserted into the TPB's social circle in order to learn the location of the moved dope. The TPBs move their dope into Ray's trailer in order to hide it from the cops. Watching the TPBs move the dope, Lahey tells the police to get a search warrant for 1 Bonnywiew. When they learn what's happened, they switch a street signs and adresses in order to fool the cops into believing they're at the wrong address and Lahey is just wasting their time.
With their dope-filled Airstream trailer in tow, Julian, Ricky and Bubbles lead a convoy of police cars in a long chase through the countryside as a police helicopter circles overhead.
With Ricky and Julian out of jail (again) things look like they're finally going their way. Julian buys a new car and sets up a couple small businesses. He invests in Lucy and Sarah's hair salon, while also pumping money into ice cream carts driven by Cory and Trevor. Julian invests his money in some GICs and RRSPs while also finding the money to buy Bubbles a new shack after the old one burned down. Ricky is not so careful with his money. Although he does make a wise investment in buying Bubbles a new Go-kart, he throws the majority of his money away. He approaches Lahey, asking for a trailer so he can have a real home. Lahey doesn't believe Ricky to be good for the money. As surety, Ricky tells Lahey "If I don't have the cash ready at 5 o'clock tomorrow, I'll kiss your ass." Ricky has a heart-to-heart with Trinity over her future. She tells Ricky "I don't want to grow up to be an idiot like you." Ricky realizes that he wants more for his daughter than he ever had. He calls up an encyclopaedia company and orders a complete set. He asks for rush delivery and waits anxiously for his gift to his daughter. Meanwhile, Lucy, aware of Ricky's financial gains, wants in. She files for child support payments. Trinity's encyclopaedias arrive just as Lahey's 5 o'clock deadline rolls around. Ricky is given a huge bill for the complete set of books. He can either spend his money on the encyclopaedias or he can put the payment down on his trailer. Ricky has to decide between his pride and being a good father. In the end he decides to kiss Lahey's butt in front of everyone on the trailer park. He sacrifices his dignity to pay for the books. Ricky and Lucy have a talk and Lucy says how surprised she is that Ricky was willing to do that. Seeing that he can be a good father (and that he doesn't have any money left) she drops her claim for child support.
Randy has a slight temper and as a result, Barbara (Lahey's ex-wife) suspends him for three weeks. In the meantime, Lahey needs to find a temporary replacement. Ricky, Bubbles, Cory, Trevor and James all apply for the position of Temporary Relief Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor. Ricky manages to pass the tests with the highest score. He takes over Randy's old job. The job begins at 8 o'clock, and Ricky promises to be there at 7:30. Barbara is very impressed by his enthusiasm. Ricky sleeps in and receives his first strike against him. He smokes in the car, strike two. Lahey claims that after three strikes he can legally fire Ricky. Meanwhile, Julian is running an illegal bootlegging operation with J-Roc. J-Roc, using his Russian connections he got after producing "From Russia With The Love Bone," has Russian vodka imported using Julian's final $10,000. Ricky's new duties include picking up trash, dredging the water for all the old bikes he tossed in, and finding the brains behind the vodka bootlegging. On the job he's exposed to poison ivy and Randy sees Mr. Lahey taking off Ricky's shirt. Ricky, Mr. Lahey and Randy show up at Julian's trailer looking for the illegal vodka. Julian's taken precautions, and has poured the remaining vodka into a small, plastic, above-ground pool. Ricky is fired from his job when Lahey arbitrarily claims Ricky's third strike. Ricky throws his walkie-talkie into the pool which incites Randy to start a fight. The two crash into the pool and vodka pours out when the walls collapse. Julian's now broke. Ricky, Julian and Bubbles are sitting around talking about their failed money-making schemes. Bubbles compares their crime with stealing pepperoni from Ricky's father. If they only take a little pepperoni, no one will notice or mind. Ricky and Julian decide that big crimes have always resulted in them going to jail. Maybe now it's time to start committing smaller, less-noticeable crimes.
Julian and Ricky & Bubbles start a plan to commit small crimes in Sunnyvale. So they start up a gas business (stealing gas and then selling it). The boys launder the money through the girl's beauty salon. But Lahey always seems to have a stick up his ass and suspects the boys are up to something. Lahey has the idea to use video surveillance to catch the trio operating an illegal gas station. The whole ordeal leads to Lahey and the boys into court. The title of the episode refers to Ricky when he is stuck in court and declares "If I can't smoke and swear I'm f*cked" because he cannot defend himself without smoking and swearing. The Judge allows him to smoke and swear in the courtroom, but how will he be able to save himself, Julian and Bubbles?...
Julian and Ricky are continuing to do small crimes with their latest investment; making money selling J-ROC Cd's (that contain some stolen material). Then they decide to reinvest their money into a concert trying to triple their already made earnings. But their profits become jeopardized when J-ROC gets caught jacking more than just tunes. After an embarrassing incident for J-ROC, the boys continue with their ideas of doing a concert but they don't get permission from Lahey. So they do it anyway, leaving Lahey very angry. But things start to go wrong when Lahey comes up with a plan to f*ck up the entire concert...
Alex Lifeson (played by Alex Lifeson from RUSH) guest stars in this episode. Bubbles is excited because RUSH is playing a concert near the park. Lahey cuts in line in front of bubbles and buys all the remaining tickets. Ricky then kidnaps Alex Lifeson to perform a private concert at the park.
Julian comes up with a plan to "remarket" barbeques. Ricky thinks it's a good idea to get his daughter, Trinity, and her friends in the Junior Achievers' Program to steal the barbeques since they are minors and won't go to jail.
Lahey looses his mind on the anniversary of his dismissal from the police force. He puts on his old police uniform and tells everyone in the park that he is a police officer again. He shoots at Ricky and ultimately imprisons Ricky and Julian in a homemade shed-jail.
The episode starts with Ricky having early Christmas with Trinity to make up for him always being in jail. When it's finally time to go on the cruise, Ricky doesn't get to go since they screwed up on the buy 7 get 1 free deal and Julian's taking Erica. Distraught, Ricky starts causing trouble while plotting to raise enough money for another ticket by stealing a bank machine. Afterward, a strange chain of events starts and Ricky's banned from the park by Lahey. Even more frustrated, Ricky decides that jail's better than the trailer park and starts trying to get arrested, by smoking at a gas station, shooting his gun in public while drunk, and stealing the bank machine. Julian and Bubbles try to bring him to his senses while trying to deal with Erika. When Cory, Trevor, and Ricky tow a bank machine into the park, Julian says that the now-skeptical-about-the-relationship Erica that she can like him as he is or arrest him, and Trinity wants to go to jail with Ricky (to his shock). In the end, Erica decides to arrest Julian, the gang manages to get Randy and Lahey arrested, and Ricky talks Trinity out of jail and takes her on the cruise.
After spending time in jail for the ATM heist, Julian, Randy, and Mr. Lahey are out of prison, and taking the bus back to Sunnyvale. As this is happening, Ricky and Bubbles get a message from Julian saying that 'He is out of Prison'. However this is bad news for Ricky because he has started growing dope again, and Ricky and Bubbles had converted Julian's trailer into a marijuana growing operation. When Julian is back at the trailer park he is very quickly greeted by Ricky and Bubbles. Julian relates to them that he does not want to be a part in anything crime related; because he is on parole and if he breaks the law, he will go back to prison for 8 years. Bubbles struggles to distract Julian as Ricky tries to get out all the dope that is in the trailer park. If matters weren't worse enough, Ricky was told that Lahey and Randy got out of jail that day too. Once back at the trailer park, Lahey is dismayed to find that Ricky has taken his job as the new park supervisor, with Bubbles as his assistant. After he is placed in his new home (not the trailer park supervisor trailer) he struggles to find out what kind of things Ricky is up to, so he could send Ricky to jail...
Julian and Bubbles get out of the drunk tank and come home to Sunnyvale Trailer Park only to discover that Ricky has run up thousands of dollars of debt in Julian's name. In fact, he has driven Sunnyvale into such debt that Barb Lahey has to sell the park. Despite this, it appears that Barb and Ricky may be involved in something more than a platonic employer/employee relationship. As if that wasn't bad enough, Julian has no place to live since Ricky emptied his trailer of its furnishings and covered it in tin foil for the dope operation Julian still doesn't know about. Julian has had enough and decides to leave Sunnyvale foreverbut not without a big barrel of "swish" (disgusting homemade liquor) in the trunk of his car. Meanwhile, Randy has grown tired of being too broke to afford a "store-bought cheeseburger" and much to Lahey's chagrin, takes matters into his own hands by hitting the streets as a male prostitute. Both Julian and Randy end up in an alley behind a greasy strip mall: It's Julian's new home and Randy's new place of business. To make matters worse, Julian's ex-girlfriend, Officer Erica Miller (Shauna MacDonald), is working undercover as a prostitute and discovers Julian at his lowest point - drunk on swish and "pissing on a dumpster behind the King of Donair." Meanwhile, we learn that Sara is dating both Cory and Trevor at the same time. Ricky and Bubbles find Julian and are able to sober him up by force-feeding him rum (as an antidote to the swish). Julian, Randy, Bubbles and Ricky return to the park where Mr. Lahey - out hunting for food with a bow and arrowsees Randy in his old "street" clothes and, shocked, accidentally shoots Ricky in the shoulder with an arrow. Chaos ensues and Julian demands that Ricky tell him what's going on. Ricky and Bubbles take Julian to a massive field of dope they have been growing. Ricky apologises to Julian for not telling him sooner, but surprisingly, Julian is elated. The field will make them rich. With the money they'll make from selling the plants, Julian devises a plan to buy Sunnyvale and take control of the park, once and for all.
Having had a rough night sleeping in his foiled trailer, Julian decides to spend the night in bubbles shed where he is mistaken for a Sasquatch (big foot). After the boys figure out what has happened and bandaged themselves they get the bright idea to open up a massage parlor in the trailer park. With the help of DVS, who is trying to start a criminal record for J-roc; the boys proceed to a motel in order to furnish the trailers and store the furniture in a dump truck. Returning to the trailer park where business is booming, Cyrus arrives to claim his girls (who have been "hired" by DVS). Lots of shots are taken and you see Randy without his pants now so it's all good fun.
On a family fun day in the Park, Mr. Lahey plans to get his old supervisor job from Ricky. Bubbles wrestles under the alias, "The Green Bastard".
Suffering from an abscessed tooth but unwilling to see a doctor, Bubbles is left to suffer in pain and worry about his kitties. In order to get Bubbles to a doctor, Julian and Ricky decide to find his childhood friend Conky, a ventriloquist doll that looks remarkably like Bubbles. It turns out though that Bubbles changes just a little whenever he becomes Conky. Meanwhile Lahey and Randy and trying to run bake sale in order to raise funds for the park, but all of Bubbles' kitties eat the food. Fed up Lahey decides to take matters into his own hands. Unable to get a doctor to see Bubbles, or Ricky (who now has a super glue rag attached to his nose) Julian takes them to see the next best, a vet. Here they met Lahey who is having all the cats neutered. Ricky, who is hallucinating from the rags fumes starts shooting off his gun and gets into confrontation with Conky/Bubbles. This brings the cops and the only way out is a glass of rum and coke, dog urine and two lowly trailer park supervisors.
Someone or Something has been eating the dope in the dope fields and the boys want to find out. Sending Corey and Trevor into the fields, the two come out badly beaten and bleeding. The next day the Julian, Ricky and Bubbles discover the this was all done by nothing other than a big kitty, a cougar. Well it's love at first site for Bubbles who names the cat Steve French. When Steve French breaks loose, eats Viagra burgers and tries to have his way with Trevor, Bubbles knows the trailer park just doesn't have enough love for his kitty.
The dope field is finally ready to be harvested and sold. Mr. Lahey goes nuts when Barb proposes marriage to Ricky.
The Trailer Park Boys race to harvest their dope field while Jim Lahey slowly goes crazy.
