Daddy's Accident
Hyacinth's father ends up in hospital after chasing the milk woman while on a bicycle. Hyacinth must then hide the fact that he just happened to be naked at the time!
The New Vicar
As Hyacinth's sister Rose announces that she intends to commit suicide in "Mummy's wedding dress", Hyacinth invites the new vicar to tea...
Stately Home
Hyacinth drags Richard off for a day out in the country - On the way, she decides to visit her father. She doesn't get to see him because he has 'escaped' from Daisy and Onslow's house by climbing down a drainpipe dressed as "Captain Midnight"! Apparently, he's gone to save the woman at the Post Office from a "fate worse than death"(Hyacinth?!). Hyacinth and Richard then visit a stately home. Hyacinth insists on hanging around the "family area", hoping to meet the nobility; To her dismay, Onslow, Daisy and Rose turn up, forcing them to make a hasty exit!
The Charity Shop
Hyacinth's father strangely seems to have become engaged and his 'fiancee' has moved herself into his bedroom at Daisy's house! Hyacinth is called round to sort things out and get rid of the woman. Rose's love life also causes problems.
Daisy's Toyboy
Daisy tries to convince Onslow that she's found herself a seventeen-year-old "toyboy", in an attempt to make him jealous but Onslow doesn't seem to take any notice. 'The Ladies' Circle' are expecting a guest speaker at the church hall but to their dismay, Hyacinth decides to take charge of the arrangements.
The Christening
Daisy and Onslow's daughter, Stephanie, has had a baby and the family is preparing for the christening. Everyone is at the church waiting for Stephanie to arrive with her baby when there's a phone call to say that she's been delayed because the vehicle she's travelling in has broken down. Richard and Hyacinth then drive off to pick up Stephanie and her baby. To Hyacinth's embarassment, they find that she's travelling in an old van with two hippies. Stephanie reveals that she isn't sure which of them is the baby's father! Richard manages to get the van started, but then finds that his car won't start. Hyacinth and Richard then have to travel back to the church in the hippie's van, much to Hyacinth's anoyance.
A Strange Man
Daddy has disappeared again and, because there's a strange man next door in Liz's house, Hyacinth imagines the worst.
Driving Mrs. Fortescue
Hyacinth is delighted when the 'ever-so-posh' Mrs Fortescue asks for a lift into town. Of course, things don't work out as planned
The Candlelight Supper
Hyacinth organised one of her infamous candlelight suppers but does anyone actually want to go and will it go to plan?... probably not!
Hyacinth Tees Off

A Job For Richard
Hyacinth decides that Richard should return to work. She sets about finding him a suitable executive position. A local firm has a vacancy, so Hyacinth conspires to bring Richard to the attention of the Managing Director.

A Celebrity For the Barbecue
Hyacinth is very annoyed when she learns that the Barker-Finches, rival snobs who live down the road, have held a barbecue which was attended by "the Douglas Chater"! She's decides to organise an "outdoors indoors luxury barbecue and finger buffet" and is also determined to persuade a "celebrity" to attend.
The Commodore
Hyacinth volunteers to meet a guest speaker at the railway station and take him to the 'Ladies' Luncheon Club meeting'. As you can guess, everything goes wrong, as usual!
Looking at Properties
Hyacinth takes Elizabeth into the country again to look for a 'weekend home'. Hyacinth's choice of property later alarms Richard and his future bank balance!
Please Mind Your Head
Hyacinth and Richard invite Elizabeth, Emmett, and a few other guests to their new weekend home for a "country tea". Emmet seems to like the ceilings!!!
Let There Be Light
There's a problem with the electricity supply in the church hall, so Hyacinth volunteers Richard to sort things out - but does he know anything about electricity?
The Senior Citizens' Outing
Hyacinth volunteers to help with an old folks' outing to the coast, organised by the vicar.
The Mayor's Fancy Dress Ball
Rose has become engaged to a "Polish person". Unfortunately, she can't pronounce his surname. Hyacinth is annoyed and upset when she doesn't get an invitation to the Mayor's annual fancy dress ball. She insists that Richard takes steps to correct this "oversight".
Hyacinth is Alarmed
Richard gets away with forgetting his wedding anniversary by telling Hyacinth that he's arranged to have a security system fitted as an anniversary present. He then he forgets the code for the new system - it's the date of their wedding anniversary -leaving Hyacinth less than pleased!
A Riverside Picnic
Hyacinth is planning a picnic on the river bank but will it all go to plan?
Skis
Hyacinth buys Richard a pair of skis for his birthday. If nothing else, they'll look good on the roofrack of their car.
The Country House Sale
Hyacinth goes to a country house sale. She buys some vintage wine and ends up getting drunk with the Lord of the Manor.
The Boy Friend
Hyacinth is determined to get herself a part in Emmet's production called "The Boy Friend". Daddy is "on guard" outside Daisy and Onslow's house and won't let anyone in.
A Barbecue at Violet's
A "luxury barbecue" at Violet's house looks like being a disaster because Bruce and Violet keep having violent arguments. Hyacinth organises a sing song in an attempt to take everyone's mind off their hosts' battle. Later, Hyacinth goes along to a rehearsal of "The Boy Friend" to offer her services to Emmet.
The Rolls Royce
Hyacinth 'borrows' a Rolls Royce from a sales office so that she can impress the neighbours. She gets Richard to drive her to an exclusive hotel. Unfortunately, Onlsow, Daisy and Rose also turn up. They're followed by the police, who've come to arrest Richard and Hyacinth because the Rolls Royce has been reported stolen by the sales office!
The Hostess
In the last ever regular episode, Hyacinth puts an advertisement in the local newspaper, offering her services as an "experienced hostess". She doesn't get the response she expected.
