The Fowl Friend: A Martian Battle Station with a new laser becomes a threat to Dodgers, and he is assigned to stop the station. With a new robot with the crew, Agent Roboto, Dodgers discovers he has a crew member who will do whatever he says. Unfortunately, when Agent Roboto is a little too good at saving the day, Dodgers plans to get rid of his newfound crew member. K-9 Kaddy: A Marvin the Martian cartoon. X-2's K-9 finds alien gophers on Mars that want to blow up the universe. Pig of Action: The Cadet finds a mysterious, glowing rock that turns him into Pork Piggler, defender of the innocent. He then fights Space Pirates.
They Stole Dodgers' Brain: X-2's latest evil plot is to steal DD's brain and have X-2 use it instead! The Wrath of Canasta: Nasty Canasta, an intergalactic bounty hunter, creates trouble for DD and the Cadet.
Dodgers and the Cadet travel to Earth to pick up their dry cleaning. Dodgers gets the wrong clothes and is mistaken as a Green Lantern. He finds out that an entire league of Green Lanterns have been kidnapped by the evil Sinestro and his robot army. Later, Dodgers is recruited as an official Green Lantern, and he is sent to Sinestro's base to free the superheroes.
Quarterback Quack: The Queen sends X-2 back in time to Dodgers' college, Big State University, thinking Dodgers is the quarterback for the football team. X-2's mission is to prevent Dodgers from winning the championship game, but soon finds out that Dodgers is just the waterboy. To Love a Duck: Because Dodgers has been such a worthy adversary to the Queen and X-2, the Queen develops a crush on Dodgers, and tells him that he will be the next King of Mars. But before she can appoint him to his throne, Dodgers must pass three death-defying trials on: Combat, Endurance, and Logic.
Dodgers is made into a star after he his cast as the lead in his self-titled movie. X-2 is really behind it, as he has hired an assassin to play Dodgers' sexy female Cadet.
The Queen is Wild: After being humiliated by Dodgers for rejecting her offer of King of Mars, the Queen kidnaps the Cadet to lure DD in her clutches. The Queen tries numerous ways to kill Dodgers, but during the final chase scene, she can't do it when she gets a chance. Which proves that she still has feelings for him ... Back to the Academy: Dodgers goes to the Galactic Protectorate Academy to earn his diploma. He has to complete numerous tasks, and with a drill sergeant constantly on his back, it won't be easy.
Enemy Yours: Once Dodgers finds out that X-2 doesn't think of him as his arch enemy, but just as a mild annoyance, he tries numerous ways to make X-2 feel that way about him. Duck Departure: Dodgers quits the Protectorate to work in food service. Although trying to get away from everything that has to do with the Protectorate, he's constantly reminded about everything from his past while working at the restaurant.
Dodgers and Cadet visit Cadet's home planet to quell the cruel reign of his evil cousin Zag.
Invictus Interruptus: Dodgers' selfish demands for a pet result in a destructive scourge onboard his ship. Pet Peeved: Dodgers and Cadet must slow down the Invictus, an awesome, new Martian space destroyer.
The Menace of Maninsuit: Dodgers and Cadet help Rickki Roundhouse battle the normally docile Maninsuit monster. K-9 Quarry: X-2 and his faithful companion K-9 go on a hunting trip, only to find themselves hunted by an alien adversary.
Talent Show A Go-Go: To win an intergalactic talent contest, Dodgers borrows the greatest singing voice of all time: the velvet pipes of Mr. Tom Jones! The Love of a Father: Dodgers unthaws Baby-Faced Moonbeam, a diabolical arch-villain whom he irrationally regards as his son.
The New Cadet: Dodgers is surprised to learn he has a new cadet who harbors an escalating, twisted obsession with him. The Love Duck: Dodgers schemes to make some easy profit by converting his ship into a luxury space liner, but he's blindsided by a Martian attack.
A mysterious plague leaves only Dodgers, Cadet and X-2 to face down the hideous Fudd.

During a peace signing between Earth and Mars, Dodgers accidentally sabotages the event when his trick pen squirts the leaders with ink! One thinks it's the other's fault and so they declare war. Dodgers is worried about the consequences, so his faithful Cadet offers to take the blame. However, he doesn't realize that the punishment is very tough! Meanwhile, things take a turn for the worse when the Martian Commander discovers that one of the Commanders is planning treason against the Queen!
Dodgers and the Martian Commander decide to join forces for two dangerous missions. One is to save the Cadet from his Steelworks Prison, and the other is to save the Queen before the Devious Commander takes hold of both Mars and Earth in his plot to rule the universe ...
Roboto (of "The Fowl Friend") returns with a thirst for revenge as he assembles all of Dodgers' previous villains together to form the Legion of Duck Doom. Their goal is to do whatever they can to destroy Duck Dodgers once and for all.
