Jordan is kicked off the case (because she opened the trunk that held the body of Carl Jeffers) Now "Bug" along with Woody begin to wonder how Carl died soon they find out the gun was police issued, When they look for it examine it they can't find it. Jordan gave the gun to Peter to find out what he could. Jordan later runs into Tom Malden who had her dad arrested which led to her almost being in foster care. Peter comes to tell Jordan and that the gun was turned over to Rene Walcott. So who does the gun belong to? Max! Woody follows Max home to find him getting rid of evidence, Jordan thinks James may have killed her mom. James tells Jordan that her mom gave James the gun to protect them. He also tells Jordan that he shot Carl Jeffers in self defense and then put the body in the trunk. Woody finds the internal affairs on Carl Jeffers which hold phone records that Jordan mom made three calls to Tom Malden who is father of James Horton. Max was never able to look at the records because of work. Jordan is talking to Tom Malden who wants to know where James is. Rene Walcott is ready to file charges on Max and Jordan!

Devil May Care

Garret looks into the death of Daniel Robinson who was found hanging from a tree limb. As Garret & Bug examine the body they insect bites. Garret heads over to Briarwood High School to talk with Oliver Titleman about the murder of his teacher's ex-husband. Garret learns that Oliver toured the mourge last year and went to Forensic Camp.

Slam Dunk

The death of Mr. Logan raises questions for the jury looking into his death. The District Attorney is upset that Jordan is on the jury. The jury asks to see the autopsy report that begins to raise questions into whether the District Attorney had missed anything when the case was tried originally. Garret wonders why Jordan asked to see the autopsy report. Garret asks the District Attorney why she didn't call the first detective to arrive at the scene, which leads Garret to wonder why this piece of evidence was missing in the first trial.

Til Death Do Us Part

Garret Macy suspects a widow who lost 5 husbands within 10 years may have had something to do with the death of her 5th husband. Dr. Macy asks for autopsies on all 5 of the widow's husbands to find out if the wife killed them. When Garret looks into the death of Francis' first husband's death she surprises Dr. Macy by suddenly appearing at the medical examiner's office to ask why her husband's body can't be released to her. She requests to take a lie detector test to prove she didn't kill her 5 husbands.

Is That Plutonium in Your Pocket, or Are You Just Happy to See Me?

Dr. Garret Macy is out looking for a dead body that he believes that Detective Woody Hoyt called in to the Medical Examiner's office but Woody says he didn't. Dr. Devan Maguire is about to start her first day at the Medical Examiner's Office she asks Dr. Macy if there is anything he would like her to do. She is told to take the day off. Devan decides to help Lily out by doing the notification on Donald Brown where Mrs. Brown will identify her husband's body by looking at a photo. After the body is identified Devan tests the house to see if she can find why Donald Brown came into the morgue radioactive. Dr. Macy tells his colleagues how Donald Brown became radioactive and that he has Plutonium in his body. After a full autopsy is done on Donald Brown they learn that the body is not Donald Brown at all but someone else.

Dead or Alive

The case of a rapist that Dr. Macy solved more than 5 years ago bothers Dr. Macy because the rapist slipped away. Dr. Macy must travel to Mexico to catch the fugitive. Brad Halford is responsible for the murders of at least five women. The District Attorney tells Macy to take autopsy photos of the dead woman. While in Mexico Dr. Macy learns that no autopsy was performed on the dead woman. Dr. Macy decides to stay in Mexico and track down Brad Halford. Back in Boston the District Attorney plays a tape from 5 years ago. The tape contains the voice of a woman named Sue who witnessed the crime 5 years ago. Jordan gets Sue to try to talk about the murder of a woman named Anne Siver who called the morgue 5 years ago. Sue is not ready to tell Jordan exactly what she saw. Sue finally tells Jordan that she saw Ann Seaver being raped through a peephole and feels that the death was her fault. Jordan tries unsuccessfully to tell the police what she saw. Jordan tells Macy to come home and wonders why they become attached to the crimes they are trying to solve.

Second Chances

When Woody and Devan try to identify the remains of a dead baby they are in for a big surprise. Woody and Devan believe they have identified the remains of the baby belonging to a woman named Althea Hurd. Woody and Devan get a shock when they see the daughter alive and well. Garrett and Rene Walcott are busy investigating a suspicious death. Garrett wonders if Andrea Goddard died due to the fall down the stairs or did her husband cause his wife's death. Now Garrett and the District Attorney are in court to testify about the death. But they soon find that their relationship comes into question.

Missing Pieces

Garrett assembles the team to discuss a 10 month old case involving a young girl named Marie Strand The mystery gets complicated when the Prime suspect believed to have kidnapped Marine 10 months ago comes to the Medical Examiner's Office with stab wounds. Jordan examines the body for clues as to where Marie was taken and if she could possibly be alive. Bug takes a hairbrush to collect samples of Marine's hair to see if it matches the hair belonging to the suspect.

Most Likely

Jordan and Devan try to figure out why a 16-year-old student named Stephen Hayes died. Devan suspects that the 16- year old possibly died as a result of cocaine in his system. The autopsy report indicates that Stephen Hayes died from taking different drugs and not cocaine. Jordan learns that Stephen died as a result of a drug bust used to cover up an affair that the principal was having. Stephen knew about the affair and was told not to say anything. Jordan and Devan learn that he took his seizure medication and was able to hide it quite well.

All the News Fit to Print

Dr. Macy was trying to help a person who was hit by a car. He worked at a diner and was trying to return a pocketbook to a customer. The reporter was killed by politician's aid. The reporter was going to write a story about a relationship the politician was having with a very young hooker. The reporter refused to not run the story and the aid killed him. The hit and run person that Dr. Macy saved and turned up in his morgue the next day. It was found out that one of the ambulance drivers had a father die because it took 45 minutes to get to the hospital her dad died. She did not like the fact that criminals were saved and her dad died. So she went after people with a criminal history. Dr. Macy found a heart stopping drug in her bag of supplies.

Revealed

Woody is up for a promotion and is worried that the latest case might cause him not to get it. Woody and Nigel try to figure out how the author of " Vampires Revealed " died. Woody believes that Frank Jones knew the author quite well. Woody learns that Frank Jones died 3 years ago and is using a fake identity. Woody learns that Frank Jones died 3 years ago and is using a fake identity. Garrett believes that the author knew the identity of " Dark " a vampire. Sam was about to expose the vampire's identity in his latest book and tried to hide the truth and commit suicide because this might be his last chance at being a best selling author.

He Said, She Said

Woody encounters Jane coming into the corner office to report that she thinks she killed someone things get interesting when Jane recalls what happened. Woody and Nigel track down information on the victim named Charlie Rivers. Woody asks Jane if she recognizes the man seen in the photo that is placed in front of her. Bug meets a widow with an odd request she asks that an autopsy not be performed on her husband because that was his last request, but because he died on city transport the coroner's office is required to perform an autopsy. Woody learns that a man named Alex Dwyer was hired to stalk Jane. Bug does a CAT scan on the dead man to hopefully discover why and how he died without doing an autopsy. He soon discovers that Warfarin was found in his system.

Dead in the Water

Woody and Jordan investigate why the body of a politician's daughter suddenly washes ashore after seven years. Woody believes that her husband Dan may have possibly caused his wife's death after learning the history of domestic violence. Lilly learns that Sara opened a bank account 4 days before she disappeared with another guy. Peter goes to look at the body of Richard Flynn who had $2,000 in his wallet they also locate a picture of Sara's driver's license. Sara worked on the boat named Blue Horizon in disguise as a man because the captain didn't allow women on his boat.

Oh, Brother Where Art Thou? (3)

The story-line of this episode immediately follows the events of "Pandora's Trunk" Part's I and II. "Oh, Brother Where Art Thou?" (Part III) begins during the morning, of the day after, Tom Malden drugs Jordan and is later shot in her apartment (supposedly by her father). This episode does not involve Jordan's investigation into her mother's murder or the shooting of the police officer who knew Jordan's parents. Instead it is about her preventing her father from being arrested for the death of Tom Malden and the subsequent confrontation with her brother."

After Dark

Jordan and Bug are discussing Woody's relationship and his award that he is getting at the Governor's Ball suddenly a car cuts in front of Jordan as she tries to avoid hitting the car in front of her. Jordan and bug are caught in a deadly car accident located in the Ted Williams Tunnel because Boston is in a blackout. After Nigel and Dr. Macy pull a dead guy that may have caused the blackout in the first place they begin to suspect it was no accident because the man used his whole body to cause the blackout (he fell over wires in the Ted Williams Tunnel)

Out of Sight

Jordan wonders how Louis Jeffries could have killed Davis Perry if he hasn't left his house in two years. Jordan tries everything possible to learn if Louis Jeffries committed the murder of Davis Perry. Things become complicated when Jordan and Woody investigate another message from the artist they find his fingerprints on a crystal vase. Jordan and Woody learn that Louis Jeffries was set up and was watching his ex girlfriend have an affair.

Intruded

Garrett is asked to forensically try to put Daniel Harrison back in prison after being convicted of killing his wife Julie 10 years ago. The District Attorney tells Garrett that Clarissa Harrison got her father out of prison on a technicality. Clarissa runs into Garrett with a box of files that contains the research she had done to prove that her father had told someone else to have an affair with his wife.

Deja Past

Jordan gets word of a dead body in a house she used to be scared to go into as a kid. After Jordan and Nigel go into the house they find the skeletal remains of her husband. Nigel and Jordan believe that Lois McPhearson may have killed her husband. When Jordan examines the body she begins to think that the wife didn't kill her husband and someone else did. Jordan and Nigel learn that Judge Leland McPhearson prosecuted a convicted murderer.

Justice Delayed

Bill Avery drops by the medical examiner's office and asks Jordan former help in investigating a murder that took place in 1964. Jordan is given some information that indicates Jackson Avery was shot in the back with bullets that contained birdshot. Nigel gets evidence from Dr. Anderson that contains the autopsy done on Jackson Avery and four bullets that are buckshot and not birdshot. Which leads to more questions than answers.

Bad Moon

Woody asks for help in locating a body that is clean-cut, shaved has a deep cut and is nearly bald and in his mid 50's. Garrett and Jordan soon find the body they're looking for, proving Garrett's hunch that serial killer Leviathan has started killing again. Jordan learns the killings started back in 1995 after she left Boston. While Woody and Detective Santana are interviewing the prime suspect about the killings are they learn he has some amazing talents. Jordan and Garrett fear that the serial killer may have changed his pattern in killing the latest victim leading them to believe that there might be a copycat. As Woody continues to interrogate the suspect he finds that the suspect likes to learn about pain people go through. Jordan and Nigel begin to explain the Blue Moon theory that Leviathan uses to kill and hide the bodies.

What Happens in Vegas Dies in Boston (1)

Woody and Jordan head investigate the death of Tommy O'Brien who flew in from Las Vegas with three million dollars handcuffed to wrists. They also see two people along with the dead man. The casino host (Sam) and security guard Danny McCoy end up as suspects in the murder of Tommy O'Brien. Danny McCoy tells Woody that he hit Tommy O'Brien because he felt he was getting too close to Sam. Jordan figures out that the punch Danny McCoy had given Tommy O'Brien didn't kill him. Jordan believes his cause of death was due to a heart attack. The actual cause of death was eating poisson cookies.

Fire from the Sky

Devan asks Jordan to do the graveyard shift at the morgue after having pulled a double shift. Nigel tells Jordan about plane crash that hasn't happened yet. At the crash site Garrett begins taking pieces of evidence from the crash victims and trying to identify the victims. Woody tries to get more help from the FAA because the crash happened in the air and is a possible homicide as he is waiting to talk to someone on the phone the flight manifest comes up on the printer. To ease the heartache over losing Devan Woody concentrates his efforts on finding a missing boy who is in need of medication.

Necessary Risks

Woody get suspicions when a college fencing student is thought to have died from a suicide but actually died from asphyxiation. Jordan learns that David Parks died when it was 5 years old. Woody questions and fencing student about an affair David may have had with his professor. Nigel and Garrett finding a dead body in a motel room they have a big problem on their hands when they discover the organs are missing. Garrett and Nigel learn Dr. Shyler was arrested eight years ago for buying an organ for his uncle who needed it. Detective Carver and Garrett talk with the doctor who removed the organs from the bodies and learn that he wanted no money for removing the organs. Detective Carver asks for his help in the case.

A Stranger Among Us

Woody and Jordan have a tough case to solve as they try to find the motive behind a random shooting. Things get complicated when Jordan finds an FBI agent is found dead at a local diner. Jordan and Woody find the information about Samantha Ray and a French national who was arrested on Conspiracy trafficking and extortion three months ago. Woody gets to look inside an FBI agent's laptop that lists for names including Samantha Ray. Those people were supposed to testify against a drug lord. The FBI agent believes that Samantha killed the people in the diner to stay loyal to the drug lord. Sydney gets his first lesson in death notification as he tells a wife that her husband died he gets a surprising reaction. Sydney also learns a lesson about double bagging a loved ones personal affects so that nothing ends in the wrong place.

Murder in the Rue Morgue

A crazed gunman opens fire in the morgue After Claudia Samson asks for help in identifying a dead body. Garrett requests the most recent intakes (number of bodies sent to the Morgue within the last 24 hours) to help identify who Claudia Simpson wanted to see and why she was killed. Garrett learns the identity of the shooter and also learns that he is a sex offender and molested a little girl. Flora tells Jordan about other girls who were forced into having sex.

Family Affair

After Garrett and Woody go to a crime scene they find that a young girl has fallen off a horse. They soon learn that the girl comes from a wealthy family. Garrett and Woody also began to try to answer the question is money everything? Just as Garrett and Woody began their investigation into the death of Tammy Eldrige they learn that the family has hired someone else to do an independent autopsy. Jordan investigates a mysterious motorcycle accident and learns that troy had Huntington's disease in his system and bio chips that drug companies use to monitor drug absorption. Jordan soon learns that Reggie lost his coverage to work at MRC and was laid off from a company because he was too weak to handle testing of a drug called Gavacore on himself. Troy (who didn't have Huntington's disease offered) to test the drug on himself because the clinical trials for the drug were years away.

You Really Got Me

Woody is desperate to go to a concert. Things begin to get interesting as Jordan looks at a dead suspect and notices he only has one arm. Which takes her back to a case that involved Jordan put in a woman on death row. Now Jordan has one big problem the woman she put on death rows seven years ago is set to be executed in five days. Bug is shocked when he sees the body of Lester Abbott in the morgue and realizes he saw that same man being kidnapped. Jordan and Woody look at a tape that shows Faye threatening someone's life. Jordan discovers why the second bullet was never found. The second bullet went into the man's prosthetic arm and cracking it.

Gray Murders

Garrett investigates what he believes are simple drug overdoses only he has a problem. When he does the autopsy on both victims he has trouble finding their cause of death. Garrett finds their cause of death in an unlikely place a cardigan sweater! Now that Dr. Macy has located the drug he and Nigel set out how to extract the drug from the sweater.

It Happened One Night

Nigel has to give a presentation to the American Medical Examiner's Association introducing the latest cutting edge methods. He introduces the trace evidence concentrator. The machine will be used in hopes of eliminating toe tags and cataloging all deceased bodies by bar code. Jordan learns that monster Kevin Cahill is out for revenge against Jordan's father. Max tells Jordan the reason the monster is out of prison is because of a cop killing case Max was working on 30 years ago. They later charged Cahill with murder. He was in prison for 30 years and is killing off those that put him in prison. Nigel discovers a flaw in his trace evidence concentrator. When to grieving parents come to look to the body of their deceased daughter they discover their daughters cause of death is messed up.

Skin and Bone

For Woody the case hits close to home after he and Jordan undercover bodies from a mass grave. After they get the identity of the first body they discover they have a mob hit Woody later learns his brother Calvin needs a lot of money to hide the truth about what he really knows. Woody ' s suspicions about his brother are confirmed when his cellphone rings and a man answers the phone. Jordan tries getting Woody and Calvin close together but Things begin to get dangerous when the monster Calvin is trying to get money for captures them.

Locard's Exchange

Jordan, Woody and Garrett must race against the clock to try and keep an accused murderer behind bars. They quickly have to solve the murders of 14 women killed some 20 years ago. Jordan and Woody use the method of Locard's Exchange. Locard’s Exchange means that the perpetrator comes into contact with each crime scene leading something behind and each scene. Emmett Parker killed 14 women with dark hair and evil in the victim’s eyes. Making Jordan and District Attorney Rene Walcott potential victims of Emmett Parker. Now Jordan begins to go backwards in solving the crime she takes evidence from the victim's to help convict Parker.

Sanctuary

Jordan and Woody try to find out why someone who worked at the Dominican Consulate was murdered after Nicole demands to see her husband. After she demands a thorough investigation Jordan is held hostage to do a live autopsy to find out exactly who murdered the dead man. Garrett learns that because of Danny's diplomatic immunity he was selling drugs and his friend was shot because he found out about it.

Embraceable You

Garret meets Charlie Davis at a crime scene where a man (her ex-boyfriend) was stabbed 17 times (with a knife from her bar). During the autopsy a bruise in the shape of a stiletto heel is found on the victims body which further points to Charlie as being the killer. Charlie asks Garrett to prove her innocent but that may be hard to do when Detective Framus begins to suspect that Charlie 's (ex)-boyfriend isn't her only victim. Garret performs a live autopsy on Charlie to see if he can prove her innocent or guilty of murder. After the arrival of the exhumed bodies of Charlie's fiance (who had died a few years ago) and another of her ex-boyfriends (sometime after that), a disturbance is heard in the autopsy room (someone poured acid onto the bodies) just after Garret's record player begins to play the same song Charlie listened to when she was in his office.

Forget Me Not

Nigel seems unusually happy because he finally found a soul mate named Sarah now he vows to find Sara's daughter Maddie. Lily is surprised when a John Doe thought to be dead suddenly turns out to be alive. She then discovers a letter written by his wife Doris who he left some years earlier due to an affair he found out about. The John Doe was found in an alley behind a theater. Garrett finds out that Carl is an anatomy illustrator.

Jump Push Fall

Dr. Macy's days at the morgue maybe numbered when Dr. Jack Slokum tells Garrett that the governor's special commission on crime has suspended him because a witness came forward with evidence that Garrett may have missed on a case 20 years ago. Dr. Slokum asks Garrett to come clean with the evidence on Sylvia Moreau or risk his job. Garrett tells Jack that Sylvia is injuries were consistent with a jump. Jack tells Garrett that Sylvia fell 23 ft. from a window, which is not consistent with a jump, but with a push leading him to suspect murder. Terrence Duvall was running for the Senate. Sylvia Moreau was a reporter covering the Senate campaign. The reason Garrett ruled Sylvia Moreau's death a suicide was because someone was trying to link Terrence Duvall to Sylvia Moreau 's death. Terence Duvall worked as a campaign manager for Joel Lancaster. Garrett's boss at the time tells that Terrence Duvall and Sylvia Moreau are about to get married and to keep it secret. Woody asks Jordan if she'd like to go to a concert. When Woody learns that Lily set Jordan up on a blind date he was very angry.
