ETM release has German hardsubs for foreign parts. UnKnOwN release is nothing but re-encoded rip of the original version with German hardsubs, only the aspect ratio is changed, that is, the lower part is chopped so that hardsubs could not be seen.
On a first look, current .srt subtitle seems to be pretty bad (missing lines, bad timings on occasion). Hopefully a proper release (without hardsubs) will become available, and along with it a better subtitle.
