Subtitles Forum TV Series HR version of House / Prison Break

There is option to download the HR version, and yet no subtitles uploaded.

So, could someone upload the subtitles for Prison Break Season 2 and House Season 3, Both are in the HR version.

It also would be nice, if someone direct me to sites that teach me to use Subtitles workshop (from urusoft) to resync the subtitles from the non-HR ver (300mb) to fit with the HR (700mb) ver.
